3-D Printing of "Minimal Flower 3" by John Sullivan
Media Details
Created 03/14/2006
As part of an ongoing exhibit at the Krannert Art Museum, called Calculart, ITG produced a 3-D print of John Sullivan's piece called Minimal Flower 3. To accompany the display of this piece, ITG staff produced a timelapse video of the 3-D printing process on their ZCorp Z406 3-D Printer, condensing the 17 hour build, extract, depowder, and waxing steps into about five minutes. The piece and video will be on display at the Krannert Art Museum until approximately April 15, 2006.
